HDKaraoke HDK BOX 2.0

HDK BOX 2.0 has a very nice design. It is a white slim machine with a logo on it. It comes with an app for smartphones or tablets which allows remote control of the machine.

It gives you access to a song library of 7000+ songs. The HDKaraoke customer support is excellent, and they update the library regularly, so it is probably more than 7000 songs now.

To purchase songs you can either have a subscription plan where you have full access to the library for $9.99 each month, where the first month is free. Or you can choose the pay-per-song plan, which is $0.99 per song.

You can watch this introduction video about the HDK BOX 2.0:

At just 4 x 10.3 x 7.9 inches and only 4 pounds, this is a very nice compact, transportable and supports both wireless and wired microphones. It also has a USB port and plays MP3G, MP4 and AVI formats. This definitely one to consider if you are looking for the best portable karoake machine on the market.

Ion Audio Block Party Live

The Block Party Live (very similar to the Party Rocker Live), is a big karaoke speaker with a built-in LED dome that lights up the ceiling. It supports Bluetooth and also has a remote control app.

The difference between Block Party Live and Party Rocker Live is that the Block Party Live is the more mobile model. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, a retractable handle and wheels. Users report you get around 10 hours from the battery with loud sound and no lights. With lights and loud sound you get 4-6 hours. At 26.1 pounds, it is a bit heavier than the alternatives listed here.

But this big bulky machine is quite durable. The edges are reinforced with aluminum, and built in the usual Ion Audio style. One downside is that it only supports 1 microphone, but with a microphone splitter you could connect more.

VocoPro TabletOke

A different type of a karaoke machine. It is actually a digital karaoke mixer. The VocoPro TabletOke is a lightweight setup that is easy to use and plays good sound.

The mixer comes with two wireless microphones, it is Bluetooth supported and has AUX input. It also comes with a remote control, which is a bit low quality, but the rest is surprisingly decent.

It only weighs 2.3 pounds and the dimensions are 10 x 10 x 10 inches.

Electrohome EAKAR535

EAKAR535 is a neat little machine. It has a “hidden” disc player behind its small LCD display that plays CDs and CDGs. Via the USB port the machine can also play MP3 and MP3G files. It has audio controls for echo, AVC, key controls and singing coach.

While the display is a bit small at 3.5 inches, it is possible to connect it to a larger screen. It supports 2 microphones and 1 is included.

One of the big selling points of the EAKAR535 is the clever design. It has a handle around the back of the machine which makes it easy to carry around. With a AUX cable you can stream music directly from your smartphone or tablet.

Pyle PWMA285BT

PWMA285BT is one Pyle’s newest models. They recently released a few wireless PA karaoke speaker systems, and they are all quite impressive for the price.

It comes with a built-in rechargeable battery and is quite light at 6.8 pounds and dimensions of roughly 11 x 16.5 x 8 inces.

A very convenient, versatile, durable, affordable and easy to use karaoke speaker with Bluetooth, a USB port and a SD card reader. You can connect via AUX input, and it has a headphone jack audio output.

Very nice sound for its size and overall a good quality product for the low price.

Pyle PWMA275BT

Just like the PWMA285BT above, the PWMA275BT is one Pyle’s recently released speaker systems, and has many of the same features like a rechargeable battery, but has a different style and some differences in specifications.

This movable speaker weighs only 8.85 pounds and the dimensions are roughly 10 x 16 x 7 inches. You can grab it by the handle and easily carry it to the beach, to the park or to a friend’s house and stream music via Bluetooth. It also comes with a carry starp.

It has a built-in rechargeable battery. It has a 6.5″ speaker and a 2″ tweeter and the sound is quite impressive when considering its weight, size and how low priced it is.
