VocoPro TABLETOKE Digital Mixer Review
The VocoPro TabletOke Digital Karaoke Mixer is a small and clever gadget that mixes the voice from microphones with karaoke music. Connect the TabletOke to an external speaker system and you have all you need in order to throw a karaoke party.
Connect via Bluetooth to any other Bluetooth-enabled music device, whether it is a smartphone, tablet or computer. You can also use a regular auxiliary cable and play from basically any music device or mp3 player.
One way to use this can be to stream karaoke from your devices and mix the input music together with your own voice from the wireless microphones. For this purpose, it is a very convenient device.
You can also use another source for your TabletOke mixer. Just connect any CDG or DVD player with an RCA-to-1/8″-cable to the mixer.
The front shows LEDs indicating the connection status of the two microphones, as well as a button for activating Bluetooth and one for pairing the microphones. On the back, there are connections for power, audio input, and output, as well as a 1/4″ microphone output.
Together with the TabletOke, you get two wireless microphones and a remote control with several buttons to control music volume, mute, MPX, echo, and microphone volume.
Compared to many other karaoke systems, it seems a bit limited in its functions and use, but it is also meant to be a digital mixer and not an all-in-one karaoke machine.
For what it is, it does a good job, but if you want a lot of karaoke for your money, perhaps some alternative products will offer more. If a digital karaoke mixer is what you need, then you should consider this neat little gadget.
