          The Akai KS201 is a karaoke player that plays CDG and CD discs. CDG stands for CD+Graphics, which means that it works like a regular CD and plays music, as well as it display graphics, which usually is the lyrics. The design is rounded at the top with fancy disco lights surrounding the front logo. There are controls and buttons behind the lights, like volume, balance, tuning, play/pause, stop, skip, repeat and more. It has speakers on the sides, and connections on the back. At the top is also a display that shows the track number.

          Other features on the Akai KS201 is a FM radio which you can tune using the tuning-button. There is also a demo CDG disc included with the player, and a microphone also comes with it.

          This could be the perfect karaoke player for young children, or for the whole family. Plug it into a television and get the lyrics on the screen.
